At this time, the mortgage industry is in the process of undergoing many changes due to the recent governmental takeover of FannieMae and FreddieMac.  FannieMae, FreddieMac and FHA are continually  in the process of making changes in the mortgage industry which in turn affect the housing market  with the most recent change being the implementation of the 1004 MC Form to the FHA/VA and Conventional appraisal report.  Another recent change has been the implementation of  HVCC.  
HVCC (Home Valuation Code of Conduct) does not apply to FHA appraisals so a lender may order an FHA appraisal directly through the appraiser.  We stay on top of the latest news, rules and guidelines being issued which affect the mortgage and real estate industry.  We will gladly assist you with any FHA questions.  With more FHA loans being issued now it is important to know that we are FHA Approved!  Don't hesitate to contact us with your FHA questions!
